Bikes and bits for sale
Once again it is time to move on to something different and my faithful
Suzuki Burgman AN250N is up for sale.
1998, 19,000 miles with new brake front pads, exhaust and rear tyre.
Tax and MoT until June 2010. Can't be bad for £750 ono. Must be picked up - will only deal face to face.
Exhaust adapter which fits between the cylinder head and exhaust pipe on Suzuki Burgman AN250 1998-2002 (early
model). Suzuki part number is 14150-14F23.
Note this only fits the 250, not the 400.
Item is new and unused. I did not need the new adaptor with the replacement exhaust I fitted.

Handbook Guide: Motorcycles 1885 - 1940. Small hardback book with potted
histories. Note that illustrations are drawings and not pictures. Amusing
little book. Some discolouration of edges of pages but otherwise sound. £1
Cycles and parts for sale
Over the years we have collected surplus bits or outgrown others. I
have the following for sale:
Orbit Twin Tandem - our much uprated 21/19" ladyback tandem.

very good condition. £595 Prefer collection but delivery could be arranged at cost.
Swallow tandem carrier. Swallow are now sadly out of business
but they used to supply some really good kit, such as this carrier. It fits
to roof bars and needs a fair hoist to get the bike up but once there it is
secure as houses - like Scotland to Germany secure! One mod I have made is
to make the fixing for the front fork (front wheel gets removed) a quick release. £50
For cars
Vintage 2l Petrol cans: Pratts petroleum spirit. Embossed with Pratts name (one in script) and
3/- (ah, those were the days!). These will need refurbrished. They have
some dents and the bottom seams will need repaired and sealed and there has
been an attempt at a fibre glass repair. Complete with castellated screw
caps. Probably the best way to refurbrish them would be to cut the bottom
out, press out the dents in the side and fit a new base. They should tidy up
